Felicity Allen works with varied forms of feminist production, often collaboratively and over time. Her practice draws attention to women’s work and is underpinned by a feminist critique of art and its infrastructure, including art histories and education, the arts and education, contributing to shifting ideas about artistic practice, and how best to record it.  From 2009 Allen started her series ‘Dialogic Portraits’ where she produced both watercolour portraits and recorded discussions with the sitters.
